when you use kibu, we collect the messages you send and receive within conversations. these messages are used to provide the companion experience — including emotional context detection and memory retrieval.

• to improve our AI systems through anonymized, aggregated analysis

what we don't do

• sell your personal data or conversation content to third parties
• use your emotional data for advertising targeting
• share identifiable conversation data with anyone outside kibu

data storage

conversation data is stored in encrypted databases. memory embeddings are stored using vector databases for semantic retrieval. you can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@kibus.co.

your rights

you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. you may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. to exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@kibus.co.
